Korrio, Inc. (“We“, “Us“, or “Company“) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined below) from users of our Site, located at [] (“Site“). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into Company’s terms of use, available at, (“Terms of Use“). Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, capitalized terms will have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.

    1. User Consent. By submitting Personal Information through our Site or Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
    2. A Note About Children. If you are under the age of 18, or your child under the age of 18 is using this Site, please review the Children’s Privacy Policy at This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Site who are age 18 or older.
    3. A Note to Users Outside of the United States. Your Personal Information may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of Personal Information may be less stringent than the laws in your country.
    4. Types of Data We Collect. “Personal Information” means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. We collect Personal Information about or from users on our Site in the following ways:Personal Data You Provide to Us:
      • When you register on the Site, we collect your first and last name, gender, e-mail and mailing addresses, and password, and the Club you are affiliated with.
      • Depending on the type of Account you have, your Account may permit you to provide the following profile information (“Profile Information“): Personal Information (i.e., nickname, middle name, address, email address, phone number, mobile number, alt phone, and work phone), Player Information (i.e., state ID, date of birth, gender, and school), Medical Information (i.e., insurance number, insurance phone, insurance ID no., allergies, and special needs), and Athletic & Academic Information (i.e., school, athletic objective, team history, awards and accomplishments, other interest and achievements, references, favorite teams, player, position, and hobbies). If you provide Profile Information, we will collect the Profile Information.
      • Depending on the type of Account you have, your Account may also permit you to: (a) send messages to other users’ Accounts, (b) post messages on your wall, (c) post pictures on your gallery, (d) upload documents to your document locker, and (e) add scheduling information regarding activities for Clubs you are affiliated with. If you engage in these activities, then Korrio will collect the messages, pictures, documents, and scheduling information, if and as applicable. We will also collect scheduling information from the Club, coach, and team manager that you are affiliated with, to pre-populate your scheduling information, if applicable.
      • If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply.
      • If you participate in one of our surveys, we may collect additional profile information.
      • When you order a Club Service or Club Item (as defined in the Terms of Use) on our Site, we will collect all information necessary to complete the transaction, which may include your name, credit card information, billing information, and information re: the Club Service or Club Item ordered.
      • We may also collect Personal Information at other points in our Site that state that Personal Information is being collected.
      • If you register a Child on the Site and/or you provide the name and e-mail address of your spouse, your ex-spouse, the Child’s guardian, the Child’s nanny, and/or the Child’s fan we will collect that information in order to create an Account for the Individual, send the Individual an e-mail, and follow up with the Individual.

      Information Collected via Technology:

      • To make our Site and Services more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) collect Personal Information from you, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit.
      • We also use Cookies (as defined below) and navigational data like Uniform Resource Locators (URL) to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and the solutions and information for which you searched and which you viewed. Like most Internet services, we automatically gather this Personal Information and store it in log files each time you visit our Site or access your Account on our network. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a web site. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site. Persistent Cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. If you choose to disable Cookies, some areas of our Site may not work properly.
    5. Use of Your Information
      Company uses your Personal Information in the following ways:

      • to enable you to use the Site and Service features that are only available to users with an Account;
      • to facilitate the creation of and secure your Account on our network;
      • to identify you as a user in our system;
      • to provide improved administration and quality of experience on the Site;
      • to improve our Site and Services;
      • to respond to your inquiries; and
      • to provide the Clubs information required by the Clubs for participation in the Clubs’ activities.

      We will send you service-related announcements (e.g., notices of any updates to our Site, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Children’s Privacy Policy) when we believe it is necessary to do so. You may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.

      We will periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote the use of our Site or the purchase of our Services. When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail or by contacting us directly (please see contact information below).

      We may create anonymous information records from Personal Information by excluding information (such as your name) that make the data personally identifiable to you. We use this anonymous information to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Site and Services. Company reserves the right to use and disclose anonymous information to third parties in its discretion.

    6. Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Information
      We offer you choices with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information. You may review and delete any and all of your Account information through logging onto your Account. You may prohibit us from disclosing your Personal Information with a third party for the third party’s marketing purposes by opting-out of such disclosures by contacting us below.Important Note Regarding Opting-Out:Please note that if you opt-out of the above disclosures, we may not be able to provide certain Services to you. One of the primary purposes of the Korrio Service is to enable you to share your Personal Information with Clubs you are affiliated with, so that the Clubs can provide you Club-related services and send you Club-related communications. By opting-out, Korrio will not be able to provide your information to Clubs and certain other third parties. Please see Section 6 (Personal Data) of the Terms of Use to understand the Clubs’ obligations with respect to your Personal Information.Upon your request, we will delete your Account and all the information and data stored for your Account. When we delete your Personal Information, it will be deleted from our active databases but may remain in our archives. Company will not have any liability whatsoever for any termination of your Account or related deletion of your Personal Information.
    7. Disclosure of Your Information.
      • A feature of the Service is to allow users with Accounts to contact each other and view information about each other. We will disclose your information to the following categories of users with Accounts: (a) your Child’s Parents, (b) your Child’s teammates, (c) parents of your Child’s teammates, (d) your Child’s coaches, (e) your Child’s assistant coaches, (f) team managers of your Child’s Clubs, (g) administrators of your Child’s Clubs, and (h) administrators of the leagues and organizations that your Child’s Club is a part of. Please note we do not control how these third parties may use or further disclose your information. If you do not want these third parties to have access to your information, please limit the information you provide on the Site and Service (e.g., in your Profile Information, messages, wall, gallery, schedule information, or document lockers).
      • We may share your Personal Information (e.g., name, age, insurance information, emergency contact information) with Clubs you are affiliate with (e.g., the local soccer team, the regional soccer league, and/or the state soccer organization) so that the Clubs may provide Club related services to you (e.g., register your Child as a member of the Club, provide Club information, and/or issue a state player number for your Child). Please see Section 6 (Personal Data) of the Terms of Use to understand the Clubs’ obligations with respect to your Personal Information.
      • Although we currently do not have a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, “Affiliates”), we may in the future. We may share some or all of your Personal Information with these Affiliates, in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. If another company acquires our company or our assets, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by it and us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
      • We may share your Personal Information with third party service providers to provide you with the Site and Services; to conduct quality assurance testing; to facilitate creation of Accounts; to provide technical support; or to provide specific services. These third party service providers are required not to use your Personal Information other than to provide the services requested by Company.
      • Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Information, Company may disclose such Personal Information if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on Company; or (b) protect or defend the rights or property of Company or users of the Site.
    8. Security. Company is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We also require you to enter a password to access your Account information. Please do not disclose your Account password to unauthorized people. Despite these measures, you should know that Company cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information and mistakes may happen.
    9. Links to Other Sites. Our provision of a link to any other website, is for your convenience and does not signify our endorsement of such other website or its contents. When you click on such a link, you will leave our Site and go to another website. During this process, another entity may collect Personal Information or anonymous information from you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside websites or their content. Please be aware that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these outside websites or content, or to any collection of data after you click on links to such outside websites.
    10. Changes to This Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is a living document. As part of the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy is subject to occasional amendment, in accordance with the terms of the Terms of Use. Changes to this Privacy Policy may affect our use of Personal Information that you provided us prior to our notification to you of the changes. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your Personal Information, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the changes that you wish to deactivate your Account with us. Continued use of our Site or Services, following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
