Korrio provides club administrators with a robust reporting tool with access to member, program and team information to support your club’s processes. We provide a description of the different categories of reports. Underneath each of these categories are Quick Reports, reports that we identified as common across customers. These Quick Reports, combined with an understanding of the different categories of reports, provide you with a great starting point to gather the data you need.
Contact Reports: Access information for members that have participated in your club, historical and current. This may include adults and players, as well as on a season team or only attended a clinic
Active Team Reports: Access information for members that are rostered on a current season team (defined by the respective team’s Season Start and End dates)
Program Reports: Access information for members by registration program
Financial Reports: Access members’ financial information including transaction detail and outstanding balances
Adjustment Reports: Access adjustment information (ex: donations, late fees, sibling discounts)
Governing Body Reports: Reports to support governing body member information requirements
Background Check Reports: Available only to club administrators and state association administrators with privileges. Privileges include read only and edit, and may be given only in adherence to governing body policies
